Our son is an introverted, autistic, pretty chill kid. Really likes to do his own thing and mind his business for the most part. We really want to find the right fit so we are open to being flexible and prioritizing the potential nanny's schedule if needed. The most important thing to us is to partner with someone who is deeply neurodiversity + autism affirming, nurturing, and interested in joining my son in his little world. We value our son as he is and would love to have someone who understands what that means. We are located in northern liberties and would like to pay around $22-25 but are willing to negotiate for the right person. Primary responsibilities (depending on the timing) would be picking him up from school, giving a snack, going for a walk/to playground or playing with him at home.
