Part-Time Patient, Kind Helper Needed For Two Teens With Autism (14 &16)

Seeking a patient, reliable, & engaging helper for our two sons (14 & 16) in Chadds Ford, PA. This is a long-term, part-time role (12-20 hrs/week, flexible) to be a consistent, positive presence. Responsibilities: After-school/evening supervision. Homework help. Building life skills (organization, simple meal prep, social skills). Engaging in hobbies. Ideal Candidate: Experience with teens, especially with autism or developmental differences (ABA experience a plus). Patient, compassionate, punctual, and communicative. Has own transportation. We're looking for someone to build a strong, trusting relationship. As a unique bonus, we'd love for our helper to join us on an all-expenses-paid family vacation in late 2026.
