Looking for a part-time caregiver for our Teen family member with Mobility Challenges, as a result of Cerebral Palsy. Home is in NW Portland. Teen attends mainstream middle school, walks with a walker, does transfers himself. Carer picks up from school and assists with homework and afterschool activity. Ideal match will : enjoy kids, have own transportation, be willing to drive family mini van, be able to assist with middle school homework, be flexible with hours on occasion, be willing to contribute to household needs as time permits (ie meal prep, laundry), enjoy the outdoors, be creative with non computer games. Importantly: have an ability to communicate/coordinate amongst parents, teachers and therapists. This is a family of 4: sister is 11, parents own a Physical Therapy clinic in PDX.
