Needed Special Needs Caregiver

About the job

We're looking for a full time nanny for our 3. 5-year-old daughter. She enjoys being outdoors, going on walks in her stroller, and going to the park. She also enjoys music, books, and cuddling. She has global development delay - including gross motor delay and is non verbal. She is non-ambulatory, so she needs someone able to pick up and manage her (30 lbs). This would include things like: feeding her, diapering, weekly laundry, playing with her, reading to her, promoting her motor skill development, taking her on walks, and potentially taking her to a few local appointments per week for physical/speech/OT therapy etc. She'll be attending a preschool program in the Fall - at which point we could use help with our neurotypical 2-year-old daughter. We're located in Northwest Heights, Portland.
