Looking For Mature And Thoughtful Person To Support A Man On Autism Spectrum

I am Autistic man who cannot speak verbally. I think I am a caring person and an accepting one as well. I dearly like to call myself pal and friend to giving people. I want to be a good friend to other people and to call myself their pal. I am an understanding person. I want to be called a gallant man. I communicate using a method called facilitated communication which requires another person facilitating my pointing to letters on a letter board so I can spell out words and thereby communicate with others. I am looking for a mature, calm , thoughtful, intelligent and caring person to support me in going into the community to pursue my interests such as my theater class, to help me meet people and to support me in keeping up with college work load. I don't want pity from you, I want equity. I would like to work alongside someone that understands I am an adult that deserves to have his opinions honored. I sometimes get anxious and would like your support in helping me through these times in a way that respects me and isn't controlling. I look forward to getting to know you and to working together. Current SCIP certification would be very helpful. The hours for this position are somewhat flexible and can often be negotiated for those taking college classes.
