We are looking for an amazing LONG-TERM SPECIAL-NEEDS AFTER-SCHOOL babysitter for our 14-year-old with non-verbal autism. MUST BE LOCATED NEAR New Hyde Park in western Nassau County. We need to hire a person with specific autism special needs experience for our son. This position is paid on the books, every 2 weeks, $28/hr. Hours needed are approximately 3-7 p.m. 4-5 days per week. Also someone familiar with OPWDD through NYS. We would prefer an individual who is located within 10-15 miles of NHP, has their own reliable car, does not smoke, who is CPR certified and who has a college degree. We are looking for someone that wants a long-term position & would be open to working on days that school is closed.
