Tewksbury Family Looking For After School Caregiver For 7 & 12 Year Old Sons

We are a Tewksbury family looking for a nanny for our 7 and 12-year-old sons Mondays and Wednesdays-Fridays from 3pm-6pm, with the possibility of adding Tuesdays (if 5 days/week are desired) and additional hours when there is no school (if available). About us: *Our 12-year-old is in 7th grade and loves playing outdoors, building models, race cars, and ice hockey. Homework is not his favorite thing after a long day of school. *Our 7-year-old is very active, loves tractors and all kinds of cars, vacuums, and is happiest when his caregivers engage in imaginative play with him. He loves playing outdoors too. He has some developmental delays and mild autism (former 24 week preemie) but is full of fun and loves to play! *We have 2 indoor cats (Otis and Charlotte) *Our home is smoke free Expectations of care needs are: *Light snack/meal prep after school *Support age-appropriate play and engagement *Light cleaning up of school materials and spaces used while at the home *Help 12-year-old prep for after school activities, ensure he completes his homework before play (organization, review tasks, etc) *Drive 12-year-old to activities 1-2 days/week during winter months *Actively engage with 7-year-old and make sure he is being watched at all times *Maintain a safe, nurturing, and smoke-free environment. We prefer a nanny who has: *Experience caring for multiple children at one time *CPR and First Aid certification *Special needs experience *Availability to cover care when school is out We look forward to hearing from you!
