Transportation RequiredLooking for a committed, creative person to help our 19 yr-old son navigate the world & gain independent living skills. Daily activities include getting out in the community for fun activities, light academics, making meals, & helping him complete household chores. Experience w/ intellectual disabilities including autism is strongly preferred. Key also: patience, creativity, good problem-solving skills, a sense of humor, & a love of teaching. Must be fit & ready for high levels of physical activity, have a reliable car, and be comfortable w/ 1 medium-sized dog. Hours: generally - afternoons after 3:30. We're working on expanding our care team and can be flexible with # days per week. Also occasional evening/weekend opportunities. Pay: $22-25, w/ opportunities for merit bonuses
