Disabled Adult Male With Mobility Challenges

About the job

I am a physically disabled adult male who is looking for a personal care assistant (PCA). I use a motorized electric wheelchair. My PCAs assist me with various activities of daily living (ADLs). Right now, I'm looking for aides for the following shifts: * 6 AM-10 a.m. * 5 PM-7:30 p.m. * 9 PM-11 p.m. Duties include help with personal care, getting me dressed, into my wheelchair, and ready to go in the morning; help preparing and serving me meals. CNA/LMT/other experience not required but is a plus. You must have RELIABLE transportation because of the important nature of this work. A driver's license with clean driving record is a huge plus for this job, as you will be required to drive me around town on occasion, in my own vehicle. For some, but not all of the shifts, you must be able to transfer/carry me a short distance. I weigh 89 pounds.
