Seeking an educational assistant to sit alongside my 7th grade daughter while she does online school. She has four synchronous classes in core subjects and three asynchronous. She needs a body double to offer cues, help prioritize her day and assignments, encourage task completion, and offer support when frustrated. Estimating three hours per day starting at three days a week, typically mornings from 915 a.m. to 1230 p.m. Ideal candidate is a neurodivergent individual interested in education and working with teens or children, familiar with autism and ADHD, PDA profile, sensory processing struggles, anti ABA, and gluten allergies. Must be comfortable with pets as she has an emotional support rabbit and have strong executive functioning skills, patience, and basic tutoring abilities.
