4 Hour/wk Date Night Respite For Two Awesome Kids 7 & 10

We are looking to hire someone 1-2x a week for respite and date night. Either Sunday or Tuesday evening, we have some flexibility, but need it to be consistent 7-yr-old daughter loves crafts, dancing, & swimming 10-yr-old son has varying special interests including Legos, animals, & roblox. He has ADHD & PDA Autism. Rescue dog Guinness-12-yr-old, 40 lb, lab schnauzer mix This person would also help catch up dishes, fold kid laundry, prep veggies, & meet kid meal needs while here/as able We need someone who is lighthearted, doesn't take things personally, has adoration for differently abled kids, & values building relationships of safety & trust with kids & families. We use a low demand parenting approach & need this person to be open to training. Our family highly values social justice & equity.
