Need a caregiver with special needs experience to watch my 4-year-old who has autism with obvious and significant special needs in my home on Friday and Saturday afternoons from noon-4 p.m. . Along with my 6-year-old who is neurotypical. Child 1: 4-year-old with autism. Speech delay but not entirely non verbal. Presents more like a 2-3-year-old. Is energetic and likes to play but generally takes a while to warm up to new people and can be inflexible and irritable. Has occasional tantrums. Still in diapers. Is in sub separate ABA based preschool program full time. Needs close supervision ideally from someone with experience with autistic children. Child 2: 6-year-old who is mostly neurotypical (diagnosed ADHD but won't be a major factor in this situation). Is friendly and energetic.
