Twice weekly- preferably Tuesday and Friday afternoons, purchase and prepare low-calorie meals and snacks for disabled adult. After food delivery, socialize and be encouraging with client. She has lost over 90 lbs. and needs assistance and encouragement on the rest of her weight loss journey- the remaining 40 pounds. Client is highly social and loves visiting with people.
