E uses wheelchair for mobility. We are looking for after school/transition help on Mondays in the home from 3 to 6 p.m. and Saturdays to accompany her in Glenview from about 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Her family likes to spend time outside. We have two standard poodles, and E likes music and reading. E is a 19-year-old who is in the transition program through school district The caregiver should be comfortable with toileting assistance even though E can fully transition she does need support in the home and at the Park center for toileting We live in a single-family home in Northbrook and have a Mobility van that would be used to take E to the center on Saturdays We have two standard poodles they do not shed
