Certified Nursing Assistant. **Home Care $20. 25/HR ** PT/FT. Monday through Friday - 7am-3 p.m. 4-5 days available. 48 yr old easy going male with Muscular Dystrophy, Ventilator dependent, and use of powered wheelchair. Will provide proper training. CNA routine duties: -Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and meal prep -Assist with turning, moving, and positioning in bed. -Assist with mobility and transfers using electric Hoyer lift. -Routine trach care - Suctioning -Maintain a clean and organized patient environment -Answering and making phone calls Employment/Pay through the State of IL (IDHS). OT/time and a half after 40hrs, Direct Deposit, Medical, and Union Benefits available. Background check, NPI verification, valid Driver's License, and a good driving record is a plus, I own my own van.
