My name is Jarvis and I am Looking for a full-time caregiver and or CNA. I have cerebral palsy. I use a power wheelchair. I am looking for someone to come in and assist with all daily living activities such as dressing, bathing transfers to and from bed to wheelchair, shower chair, etc using a electric Hoyer lift. You must have reliable transportation, and be CPR and first aid certified. You must be able to pass a background check and all CPA and first aid credentials must be valid prior to the start of your employment. This program is part of the Georgia Medicaid State waiver icwp consumer direct program. It does take about 30 days to get into the system before you can actually start work. You must be work a split shift Monday through Friday. 2 hours in the a. m. and 4 hours in the p. m. with a straight 8-hour shift on weekends
