Caregiver/companion Needed For Middle Aged Man With Cancer. Hours And Days Are Very Flexible!

My husband Stanley has stage 4 cancer that is slow growing. He has some in home nurses who come a couple days a week to give fluids, take blood and administer a calcium medication sometimes. Palliative not hospice. He uses a walker around the house and needs a wheelchair to get out the house or go far. He needs someone to be able to assist with preparing meals, picking up food, giving him medicine. Help to run a quick errand for him and just spend a little company with him. Grab him a blanket, elevate his feet, pick up after him. He's very conservative, believes in God and is skeptical on medicine. He likes doing holistic remedies. He can help explain but soups, healthy stuff, alkaline foods, broth, teas, smoothies. This can be made or picked up and we can provide funds for the food or anything that needs to be picked up of course. He likes watching tv, good movies, and deep conversations. Experience caring for medically needy of senior patients or family. Prior nursing experience, experience in the medical field, and/or in school for nursing or similar. We have 2 small dogs and 1 cat. We can crate, put them outside or in a separate room during visits. We also have a 7-year-old daughter that occupies a lot of my attention as she should and I'm looking for separate help with that but that is one reason we are looking for help is that it's hard for me to care for her and care for him while he's in this state. She goes to school and will attend summer school during summer.
