About the job
My son is 22 months old (born Jan 18, 2024) and currently non-speaking. Possible autism signs: limited eye contact, inconsistent name response, some stimming. He has speech therapy 2×/week and upcoming evals. After 5 months in daycare (started July 2025), staff just shared he plays alone all day with no peer/adult interaction. We’re frustrated by the delayed feedback and feel it has slowed his progress. We need an experienced in-home professional for intensive speech, social, ABA-style, and self-feeding support. He loves finger foods but refuses utensils and is very picky. Mom works from home and will always be present. Seeking someone with proven experience with potentially autistic toddlers (18-36 mo) and credentials in early intervention, special ed, speech therapy, or ABA/BCBA/RBT. Immediate start.
