We have a group home of one... Mom, Dad and our adult autistic, non-verbal, 32-year-old son.. We have staff, at least, 1, 2 or 3 a day so the future schedule may open up for other shifts. The job to start is helping our adult son complete daily activities and getting him out on some fun adventures. Like, taking him to drum lessons, hanging at the beach, walking in the park, going to the movies, going to the gym, hiking, etc, etc. Administering some medications and punctuality is essential at this job.
