Seeking After School Sitter For 5 And 2 Year Old

We are a family in Burbank, seeking a sitter we can have for the longterm. We are looking for someone to help with after school pickup, and up through end of day, date nights and weekends away (down the road). Hoping to find someone patient, communicative, playful, and kind. We have two daughters, our 5-year-old has Level 1 ASD, and our 2-year-old is neurotypical. Our 5-year-old is funny, loves to draw, and dig in the dirt. She needs someone who can keep up with her and be patient if she's having a hard time. Our 2-year-old loves all things girly, adores her big sister, and likes to do everything by herself. Our 5-year-old is very much into pushing boundaries, so we need someone who can help us stick to those. We have lots of street parking and two very good cats.
