Seeking a compassionate caregiver for my 4-year-old son with autism. Ideal schedule is M-F, 1:45-6PM, though open to adjusting days and hours for the right fit. Responsibilities include providing 1:1 support, assisting with daily activities (dressing, hygiene), light housekeeping, meal prep, and transportation to therapies & activities. Experience with children with ASD or special needs preferred. Must be patient, interactive, reliable, and have (or be willing to obtain) CPR/First Aid certification, Article 9 training, and a Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card. High school diploma or equivalent required. Position is through Arion Care Solutions, contracted with Arizona DDD. Applicants must complete a background check, online application, orientation, and training. A minimum 1-year commitment is required. Competitive pay offered.
