About who needs care: She has Early dementia not diagnosed yet but there are many signs. Other than that she has high blood pressure which Im not sure if she has been taking her meds regularly like she is supposed to, also anxiety and depression which she is medicated for as well. Her biggest hobby is gardening and taking care of her land which is concerning after she has had multiple falls throughout the year. Her ideal day would be waking up at the crack of dawn around 6-7 a.m. going to her garden and tilling the land. Coming back to the house to make breakfast for her dogs and herself drinking about 3 cups of coffee and watching the news and possibly reading a good book, hanging out on her hammock and enjoying the sunshine, her day might also consist of cleaning her house up. In the evening she likes to make dinner for someone, call everyone in her phone book and watch the evening news Jeopardy and wheel of fortune. About the care needs: Outdoorsy person would be a great fit. She loves hiking and gardening so someone that would be okay with that. No specialized skills except to be able to make sure she eats (cooking would be a bonus) and takes her meds regularly and she will need help going to her appointments. Someone who loves dogs as well. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
