Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Lake Geneva, WI

I need a hands-on care provider experience for my father in his 60s. We would prefer someone who can handle light housekeeping. One of your responsibilities will be helping with bathing. Please have experience assisting with feeding. We're looking for some help preparing meals. We're looking for someone to provide companionship. Preferences for a caregiver who is a non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. He has ALS and needs a lot of hand on assistance. Would love to have a good housecleaner and organizer which he also needs.
