We are seeking a compassionate, dependable companion for our 87-year-old father, who has dementia & diabetes. He remains very kind and pleasant, enjoys sharing stories from his days growing up on a sheep ranch, playing his harmonica, and a fun sense of humor. Responsibilities include: Providing companionship and friendly conversation Preparing simple meals and setting out medications Offering gentle reminders for daily hygiene (showers, brushing teeth) Assisting with clothing selection as needed (he dresses independently) Supporting safe mobility (he uses a walker) Performing light housekeeping On-call position every Tues. & Wed., 8:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. *Preferred qualifications* Non-smoker CPR/First Aid certified Cats in home If you are kind, patient, and enjoy spending time with elders we'd love to hear from you!
