Seeking a caregiver to assist young adult female with muscular dystrophy and autism, Fri, Sat, Sun 8am-8 p.m. (Schedule subject to change.) Female provider preferred. Tasks include transportation using client's vehicle, meal preparation, range of motion exercises, full assist for toileting, catheter care, dressing, and assistance with service dog. CNA or HCA required. Client receives state services, so provider needs to be willing to sign up with a state approved agency. $22/hour When applying please respond to these questions: 1.
