Companion Care Needed For My Father In Port Ludlow

About who needs care: Father will be 88 on Christmas day. He has a type of blood cancer that he receives injections every 3 weeks. He still drives, gets around the house ok, but he is forgetful and can not get motivated to do tasks he should be doing. He also takes care of my 64-year-old brother who had a stroke and lives at home. Brother is ambulatory. Father is supposed to be finding a long term car facility but will not motivate himself to do so. He is also trying to get himself to get his house ready for sale. He needs assistance to get him to do the tasks he should be doing. This is his biggest issue now. I live in North Carolina and my sister lives in California. We try to get him "moving" from a distance. About the care needs: Knowledge with a laptop to help him migrate through websites. Possibly light cleaning and medication reminders. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, and light housekeeping.
