Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Monroe

About who needs care: My mom has health conditions for which she takes medication for. She uses a walker but even with that is a high fall risk. She has had several falls over the last 4 years. She usual gets up and moving at 9:30 a.m. and goes to bed at 11:30 p.m. She enjoys playing cards but has no real social engagement at this time. As her daughter/caregiver I would prefer she would agree to an Assisted Living community at this time but she is digging her heals in about not going. I have been handling all her home and personal needs for the last 8 years and I need someone else to handle things now. About the care needs: My mom likes to engage and conversate but not non stop. My mom would play cards if given the opportunity. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
