Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Battle Ground

Starting Aug 23, 2025 (profile photo is Mom- Carol) Daughter-Gayle Mom had elective hip surgery 6/18 and is recovering very well. But she has osteoarthritis & trouble walking, due to a neurological issue. Uses a 2-wheeled walker at all times, needs a caregiver behind her w/ a hand on gait belt. Needs a some help getting on & off the toilet. May need a transport wheelchair pushed by caregiver, when legs are tired. Evening caregiver will also help prepare and serve a simple dinner/ meal prep, or reheat leftovers. This shift would also involve helping get Mom ready for bed. Mom has NO memory issues- weighs 118 lbs, 5 ft tall. We prefer a female, non-smoking, under age 55, who lives near Battle Ground. More hours could be needed in the future.
