About who needs care: Early stage dementia, wears diapers, will not comunicate needs, is not aware of basic self care needs, can not prepare food for self, can feed self, must be administered meds as she will not remember to take them, needs glasses to read, is right handed but can no longer hold small items. Uses left hand to eat. Spends day watching television, prefers to remain in bed, but will sit in wheelchair, easily frustrated by tasks. About the care needs: Quiet female prefered who loves music and animals and is attentive to my moms daily needs. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
