About who needs care: Smart and sweet 88-year-old gentleman who struggles with dementia. Causing daily tasks (like getting dressed/personal hygiene), staying in bed and in the house, and having someone to chat with to become too much for him to take on solo. He lives with his 89-year-old wife, theyve been together 65+ years, she struggles with physical things like getting things around the house done like cooking and keeping up with cleaning. Neither drive and would need assistance in things like grocery shopping and attending appointments during the week if needed. About the care needs: We need someone who is understanding of both his and her needs. We want someone who can care like family would. Sometimes they need someone to push back but they need it with a sense of love, understanding, and communication. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
