Personal Assistance And Transport For Same Day Surgery At VA Hospital

I'm a disabled veteran and will need transport to and from the VA hospital for a one day procedure. I'm having an endoscopy/colonoscopy October 2. Roughly 1-2 hour procedure. You will have to transport me in my own vehicle to the hospital early morning, wait at the hospital and transport me back to my hotel room. Hotel is approximately 5 miles from the hospital. Roughly 6 hours of work, maybe longer. I'll have family coming in after the procedure in the later afternoon. No real direct care, most of it will be observation. I'm fully ambulant and can move around on my own. Just need a caretaker for VA policy.
