Seeking live-in home care in Reston primarily for my father (he's 92). We are seeking a reliable live-in caregiver to provide support, companionship,& assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs). Responsibilities: Personal Care & Hygiene: Assist w/ bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care. Support mobility (he is still able to walk using a walker). We have chair lift for him to go between his bedroom & living room where he spends the day. Food/Meals: Meal preparation. For this part we would like to make sure that my mother who is mobile but gets fatigued easily is provided meals, too. Ensure medication is taken on time. Compensation: -Free room (includes utilities) with private bathroom/ Lake & garden view. -work hours: 8am-8 p.m. w/ weekends off. -Hourly rate to be negotiated. -Looking to start in Oct '25
