About who needs care: Mom needs daily assistance for dressing, feeding, and toileting. She has memory issues, but daily memory is pretty good. She gets more confused at night or after a long afternoon nap. She loves to be silly and laugh. She enjoys her breakfast food, and typically doesn't get out of the house unless her daughter takes her. She tries to get in short walks during the day. Her house is surrounded by the woods. Caregiver should not be nervous about being in the dark. About the care needs: Mom loves a smile and a bubbly personality. Caregiver needs to be patient as she can get set in her ways. She loves animals, especially dogs and misses her German Shepard a lot. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
