Hands-on Care Needed For My Mother In Venus / Direct Hire Only / No Job-Sharing

Seeking a hands-on caregiver for my mother in Venus. Reliability is a priority. Primary responsibilities include medication management, getting her out of bed safely, assisting with toileting, preparing lunch/dinner, physical assistance with mobility, pet care, laundry, dishes, vacuuming, mopping, providing companionship / social interaction, engaging in cognitive activities, occasionally transporting/accompanying her to medical appointments. Must be comfortable with pets; she has 4 small friendly chihuahuas. (The dogs shed, so we need someone who isn't allergic to dogs.) There is some pet care required (food/water, pick up after accidents, letting them in/out). Must be a nonsmoker, due to allergies. Possible bathing assistance.
