About who needs care: Patient with HX of COPD, AFib, Osteonecrosis of the R Hip, fracture to the R hip. Requiring non emergency transport to NE Methodist Hospital. Patient is not ambulatory, and would need to be transported into a chair or stretcher, into and out of vehicle. About the care needs: Patient is highly sensitive to any scents, perfumes, oils, colognes, cosmetics, lotions, essentially anything and everything that has any odor at all. Services needed include: transportation, and mobility assistance.
