Senior Care Needed -transportation From Rockwall To Dallas, Organizing Appointments

Hi! **part time only 3-5 hours a week** I writing this on behalf on my elderly father who lives in Rockwall TX, has multiple medical problems, most recently prostate cancer which has spread. Now he has multiple appointments coming up and his oncologist is in Harry Hines in Dallas TX, lab appointments, home PT appts. He needs someone kind, friendly, organized and trustworthy to drive him to these appts, organize his monthly calendar for appts, labs, create an organized medical chart with his important information etc. He does have early cognitive decline and forgets what was discussed at an appt, lager that same day..
