About who needs care: 87 living in a very nice assisted living. He will be discharged from hospital soon after a bout of diverticulitis and will be weak and need help as home health works to get him stronger. He will have a diet plan and we are looking for a schedule so I can work and run home to take care of my dogs etc About the care needs: Outgoing and funny, he enjoys a sense of humor. Someone who wont treat him like a child but will approach the situation as they are there to help him get better, help him practice PT exercises and be there for standby assist when toileting and moving about. He loves dogs and visiting, so someone who will tune in and encourage him to engage. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
