About who needs care: As of right now, he is not able to move by himself. He does have a provider between 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. He had a fall and is unable to care for himself at this time. He was evaluated today by the EMS and deemed to be coherent , just not able to move. It was recommended to have an evening provider to assist before night time About the care needs: *ability to help bathe *ability to prepare an evening light meal/snack as needed to update me with the needs Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
