About who needs care: Marcella is very healthy for a 90-year-old! She keeps herself busy with arts and crafts and still drives for all her errands, but shes slowing down a bit and needs some extra help with cleaning her two bedroom apartment, getting her prescriptions and random errands. I would hope for some companionship as well. We are looking for an immediate 4 hour day to help and then maybe 4 hours every other week or two hours a week for now. Any day would work as she is flexible. About the care needs: We would love a caregiver who can relate to Marcellas needs and be flexible for what each day may bring- must have transportation. House cleaning is the main concern as vacuuming has become nearly impossible and she needs help seeing the actual problem areas in the bathroom and kitchen. She has two adorable, friendly dogs-they are very small and spoiled and are a bit barkey-must love dogs. Food prep might be introduced at some point if you see the need. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, and bathing / dressing.
