Hands-on Care Needed For My Wife In Houston

I'm looking for hands-on care for my wife in her 60s. She is Stage 6 out of 7 with dementia/Alzheimers. Assistance with bathing and toileting is one of our requirements. We're looking for someone to provide companionship(puzzles, cards, etc). Preferences for a caregiver who is a female, non-smoker, comfortable with pets and CPR / first-aid trained. Must be knowlegable about correcting/handling dementia behaviors. We live in the northwest side of town near Traders Village. That's around Hwy 290 and Eldridge.
