About who needs care: She has moderate alzheimers but can get dressed on her own and can feed herself , shower etc. The main issue is she repeatedly asks the same questions. She loves movies, going to eat, and talking. She can get a little testy when asked to take her medicine. About the care needs: Someone with patience and experience working with a moderate Alz person would be nice. Having a sense of humor and ability and willingness to take her to lunch or to get her hair done would be great. We can reimburse for mileage. We also have a handicapped sticker that can be used when taking her out.. She is a little wobbly and needs help getting up stairs to a restaurant for example. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
