About who needs care: Mobility issues and currently in Rehab / PT. Can walk with aid of a walker. Hipes to have better mobility with continued rehab / PT Needs assistance to transition from bed / chair / toilet.. etc.. About the care needs: Sense of humor. Needs to be able to help lift/assist him to transition from bed to chairs.. etc.. Services needed include: feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
