Hands-on Care Needed For Paraplegic Lady In Central Austin

About the job

Helper needed for 60ish year old paraplegic in a nice home in central Austin. She needs help with transfers to and from wheelchair, toilet, shower chair, but is mostly independent when transfers accomplished. She weighs around 95 pounds and partial lifting for transfers required. Some help with dressing needed. Light housework just to tidy up. Help with light meal prep for lunch and breakfast. She is intelligent and kind, does not have dementia. Currently looking for 10-4 on Tuesdays, Thursdays, or thursday, Friday. We require past experience providing hands on care for paraplegic or non-ambulatory conditions requiring transfer assistance. Smiles and friendly attitude additional requirements that we return. $25-35 salary based on experience and references. Immediate opening!!
