Core Responsibilities Business Support • Manage calendar, travel, and communications. • Coordinate meetings, launches, and events. • Prepare notes, track follow-ups, and maintain task lists. • Light administrative support (invoices, scheduling, correspondence). Personal Support • Oversee home organization, cleaning schedules, grocery & meal prep coordination. • Manage errands, appointments, and travel logistics. • Track gifts, personal inventory, and household supplies. • Ensure the Founder is well-prepared, fed, rested, and supported. Strategic Support • Anticipate needs, manage priorities, and act as a calming, proactive presence. • Maintain confidentiality at all times. • Liaise with internal team members and external partners as needed.
