Assistance Needed For My Mom In Greeneville With Dementia

She has Mixed Vascular Alzheimer Dementia, PTSD and Depression. She is a Retired RN, also a 20-year Vet from the Air Force Reserves as a Flight Nurse. She loves to read and has three dogs that are her whole world. She is a smoker, but smokes outside. Her ideal caregiver would be someone that has experience, trustworthy and can provide structure. Mainly needing help with IADLs: reminders for medications, bathing, brushing teeth, deodorant, clean clothes, light housekeeping, etc. She is one that likes to stay busy, but she forgets what she was doing. Someone that would be able to assist with running her on errands. We have taken her keys away due to her cognitive state.
