About who needs care: I am seeking a live-in caregiver for my father on a full-time, salaried basis, with housing provided rent-free. In addition, I plan to maintain supplemental caregiving support for approximately 8 hours per day to assist both my father and the live-in aide (the supplemental support during the day is already secured). My father has mild dementia and limited mobility caused by Parkinson's and neuropathy, which impacts his daily activities and requires consistent support. About the care needs: We are looking for someone who is proactive, patient, and experienced in working with individuals who have memory challenges as well as motor/mobility limitations. Services needed include: Transportation, meal preparation, errands/shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing/dressing, and mobility assistance.
