Hands-on Care Needed For My Father In Indian Land, SC

I'm looking for hands-on care for my dad starting just 4 hours a week. My dad is a very smart and funny almost 89-year-old who is a fall risk and has difficulty keeping up with his grooming. Looking for someone who is comfortable shaving a man. Assisting him with a bath (really just washing back and feet due to his limited mobility, he can get the rest). Cutting his fingernails and toenails. Cleaning his bathroom (like good floor mop cleaning) and his bedroom area. Driving him to appts. Doing simple exercises with him set forth by his physical therapist. He is delightful and very talkative so prefer someone who can talk and work at the same time! Must be comfortable with animals. Background/criminal check will be done. I am a firm believer in paying someone what they are worth, so hard workers will get paid at the top of the range.
