We are seeking experienced caregivers to help provide 24/7 in-home care for my grandfather, an elderly veteran who wishes to remain in his home. He has congestive heart failure, high blood pressure, and limited mobility requiring a walker. His conditions are stable and well managed. He has not experienced any falls at home but did have a recent fall during a hospital stay, so safety awareness is important. Duties include meal preparation, medication reminders or assistance, companionship, transportation to medical appointments, supervision during bathing and mobility, and light care-related household tasks. We are building a team of caregivers to cover rotating shifts, including overnights and weekends. Prior elder care experience required. CNA/HHA preferred. References required.
