About who needs care: Gloria has been in entertainment for years. She is still active in a senior group that entertains at elderly facilities. She is strong willed, and particular about who will be spending time with her. She is pretty much blind due to macular degeneration. Basic home care is needed as we have cats! We inherited several ferals, so care giver must be able to deal with that! Assistance with feeding them and seeing any clean up she can't see, along with minor needs of household tasks would be wonderful . She is able to o groom and dress herself. Mainly it is companionship from someone who has a basic knowledge of the elderly and notifiying me(her daughter) of thing I should be aware of. Caregiver MUST have vehicle as she enjoys going to lunch, but simple lunch preparation would also be helpful. Computer skills are needed to process the long term insurance invoices, however caregiver is paid cash, no taxes! M About the care needs: Gloria enjoys a specific card/board game that she can still play. She is/was very are artistic, creative and enjoys activities. She is new to the idea, but has finally began to admit she needs help. Services needed include: transportation, meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, and companionship.
