About who needs care: She is an artist with quite a bit of short term memory loss. She is also a double amputee but lives quite well with prosthetics and a wheel chair About the care needs: She can be quite demanding so someone with clear thinking and pretty strong will would be needed to keep up with her. She is old world European in taste for food, style. She is an artist but honestly with the memory loss mostly she is recounting stories and could use someone who can steer her with questions and keep the conversation from looping. She was a very avid gardener so someone who enjoys that and can help would be great. There is also the potential for a live-in set up on the upper floor. Services needed include: meal preparation, errands / shopping, light housekeeping, companionship, feeding, bathing / dressing, and mobility assistance.
